Our Story

As parents to a daughter ourselves, over a period of time, we have noticed and felt that girls have fewer opportunities to play sports in or outside of school in India. If a girl does choose to participate in a tournament, it is usually a co-ed event. It has been scientifically proven that boys and girls are of different build and co-ed sports are unfair to both the sexes.
While women sports are seeing quite a revolution all over the world, our country is yet to scratch the surface in this regard.
How can we make sure our girls enjoy a sport and have opportunities to pursue it at a higher level? How do we, as parents break these barriers and social stigma that negatively impact their enjoyment of sports?
Through Josics Club, we aim to create a healthy and positive community for girl-parents to come together and help their daughters grow their passion and skills in a sport of their choosing in a safe environment. It aims to build an environment that gives parents opportunitues to plan, arrange and be a part of girl-centric tournaments.
Let's come together and change the attitude towards female sports, one tournament at a time.
Thank You!
